The project was jointly developed with Dosti Group, a reputed real estate developer in Mumbai. Thus the project was then named "Dosti Elite". The company stepping forward has started a redevelopment project for one of its properties at Tardeo, Mumbai under the name "Elite Crest", a residential high rise comprising of 22 storey's with urbane amenities.
